Solutions by Industry
GYPartner sources testing and manufacturing equipment from established specialist manufacturers. Across four core categories — material testing machines, laser marking & coding, rubber machinery and hose crimping — we deliver one-stop solutions of selection, integration, secondary development and localized delivery for a range of industries. We understand the equipment, the application and the integration, helping you put the right machine to the right use.
Industries We Serve
From automotive manufacturing to energy infrastructure, we match the right equipment mix and integration plan to each industry’s real-world conditions
Automotive & Transportation
For vehicle and component manufacturing, we provide mechanical materials testing machines (metal, plastic and rubber parts), laser marking & coding (part traceability and identification), and crimping/assembly equipment for hydraulic hoses such as braking and power steering — with integration and secondary development tailored to your line.
How do I select a testing machine for automotive components?
Choose by the material under test and the type of loading: metal structural parts usually call for an electronic or hydraulic universal machine (tension, compression, bending), while rubber seals use a low-capacity electronic machine with the right grips. We recommend the suitable model and fixtures based on your routine tests, capacity and standards (GB/T, ISO, ASTM), so you don’t overpay for a range you won’t use.
Which laser marking suits part traceability?
For metal parts and hard plastics we recommend a fiber laser marker — permanent, consumable-free, and able to mark QR codes, VINs and batch numbers. When inline on-the-fly coding is needed, add a laser coder integrated with PLC/MES. We provide selection, line integration and vision-positioning solutions.
How are braking and power-steering hose assemblies equipped?
We provide full-line equipment from cutting and skiving to crimping and pressure testing, plus smart crimpers, with crimping range and opening matched to your hose sizes. Factory pressure testing follows standards such as SAE J343, with integration to your line’s cycle time.
Rubber & Tire Manufacturing
For rubber and tire producers we curate straining, extrusion, open/mixing-mill and reclaimed-rubber equipment, paired with rubber-property testing machines — improving compound consistency and yield while balancing energy efficiency and line coordination.
How do I choose straining and extrusion equipment?
Choose screw diameter and L/D ratio by output and compound type: strainers purify by removing impurities, while extruders continuously form profiles and sheet. We recommend the right configuration based on your output targets, compound types and temperature-control needs, and can integrate it into your line.
What equipment does a reclaimed-rubber line need?
A typical reclaimed-rubber line covers cracking/shredding, desulfurization, kneading/refining and forming. We supply open mills and complete reclaimed-rubber refining lines, customized to your space and capacity for continuous, clean production.
Which machine tests rubber properties?
Tensile strength, elongation at break and similar tests use an electronic universal machine with dedicated rubber grips and an extensometer, compliant with GB/T 528, ISO 37 and similar standards. We configure capacity and accessories to your test items.
Quality Control & R&D Labs
For inspection bodies, research institutes and corporate labs we curate mechanical testing equipment covering metals, plastics, rubber, composites and building materials, and assist with metrological calibration and standards compliance — meeting needs from R&D validation to volume QC.
How do I pick the right universal testing machine for a lab?
First fix the maximum test force and accuracy class: Class 0.5 for R&D and accreditation, Class 1 for routine QC; then add grips and an extensometer by specimen type. We provide a complete configuration recommendation based on your routine standards (ISO 7500-1, ISO 6892, ASTM E8, GB/T 228, etc.).
Is there equipment for impact, wood-panel and asphalt testing?
Yes. Pendulum impact testers (with optional low-temperature chamber), wood-based panel universal machines, asphalt mixture testers and other dedicated machines can all be supplied from established sources, selected per the relevant procedures (GB/T 229, GB/T 17657, JTG E20, etc.).
What about metrology and calibration after delivery?
We provide installation and commissioning, measurement traceability and calibration coordination, helping you obtain CNAS or metrology-institute calibration so the equipment meets ISO 17025 and similar requirements.
Construction Machinery & Hydraulic Hose
For hose-assembly manufacturing and repair in construction machinery, mining and hydraulic systems, we provide full-process equipment — smart and hydraulic crimpers, cutting machines, skivers and pressure testers — with line integration and secondary development.
What equipment makes a complete hose-assembly line?
A skiving machine + cutting machine + crimper + pressure tester make a complete line. We provide integrated packages and layout recommendations, with crimping range, opening and force matched to your main hose sizes.
Smart crimper or standard crimper?
Smart models (such as RFX) offer data logging, multi-mode control and higher precision — ideal for high-end manufacturing and traceability needs. Standard models (FX series) are cost-effective for routine volume work. We recommend based on output, precision and traceability requirements.
What are the requirements for factory pressure testing of hoses?
Use a hose pressure tester for proof and burst testing; saponified fluid can serve as the medium and also clean the hose, in line with standards such as SAE J343. For high-pressure hoses, we recommend a high-range tester for certification testing.
Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing
For aerospace and precision-manufacturing clients we provide high-precision materials testing, disc-type crimping of precision small-diameter hoses, and UV/green-laser precision marking of heat-sensitive materials — delivered with integration that meets strict process and traceability requirements.
How are small-diameter, high-precision hoses crimped?
We recommend a disc-type crimper (such as the DX-60P): disc-locking, dies moving radially only, with a fast cycle and high precision — ideal for high-precision crimping of small-diameter hoses in aerospace, electronics and similar fields.
How are precision parts and heat-sensitive materials marked?
Precision metal parts use a fiber laser; heat-sensitive materials such as PCBs, ceramics, glass and medical devices use UV cold processing with minimal heat impact and micron-level precision; highly reflective metals like copper, gold and silver can use a green laser. We select by material and required contrast.
Energy & Infrastructure
For power, oil & gas, new energy and infrastructure we provide mechanical testing equipment for critical materials and components, hydraulic hose-assembly equipment and permanent laser identification — keeping critical facilities running reliably.
Which machine tests prestressing and anchorage components?
Steel strand, prestressing wire and anchorages use steel-strand testing machines and static-load anchorage testers for tensile, breaking and anchorage-performance tests per GB/T 21839, GB/T 14370 and similar standards. We select by capacity and gripping needs.
How are hoses and marking equipped for oil/gas and hydraulic equipment?
High-pressure hydraulic hose assemblies use a full crimping line with a high-range pressure tester for proof-pressure certification; equipment nameplates and component identification use laser marking or coding — permanent, tamper-proof and traceable.
Is there a solution for derusting and maintaining outdoor/heavy-duty metal parts?
A laser cleaning machine removes rust, paint and oxide layers from metal without damage — no abrasives, no chemical consumables and environmentally friendly — ideal for maintaining and reusing infrastructure components.
