Transformer / Reactor Integrated Online Monitoring Unit
Combines high-frequency, ultrasonic and UHF partial-discharge detection with core/clamp grounding current, body vibration and voiceprint recognition, and supports dissolved-gas (oil chromatography) data input. Suitable for long- and short-term online monitoring of internal faults in power transformers at all voltage levels. Already in stable service for 1–3 years at multiple 1000kV substations.

Type I (day) / Type II (night)
Handheld Multispectral Imager
Integrates ultraviolet (UV), long-wave infrared (IR) and HD visible light (VIS) — synchronized capture in hardware with pixel-level registration and deep fusion in software — for multi-dimensional holographic diagnosis of power-equipment defects. Type I (day) uses 260±20nm solar-blind UV; Type II (night) uses 315/337/357nm UV with sensitivity 1–2 orders of magnitude higher.

Drone Multispectral Inspection Pod
A standard aviation-gimbal pod integrating high-sensitivity UV, visible, infrared and laser ranging, sharing the drone flight controller and image transmission. Cruises HV lines autonomously to scan towers, conductors and insulators; performs PD/temperature-rise correlation on bushings, GIS and cable terminations; also suited to PV plants and rail-transit catenary inspection.

BeiDou-synchronized
Full-Station MOA Arrester Synchronous Live-Line Tester
A distributed design based on a BeiDou synchronous clock, achieving ns-level synchronized acquisition across multiple sensor groups. Sensors network over on-site wireless with built-in lithium batteries — no external power or comms cabling. The terminal automatically analyses each arrester’s resistive and fundamental leakage-current components and generates a test report.

Impulse Grounding Resistance Tester
Directly measures impulse grounding resistance, comprising a mobile impulse-current generator, a charge/discharge control box and an analysis unit. Compliant with GB/T 17949.1-2000, it outputs 8/20μs or 4/10μs impulse current waveforms, overcoming the large errors of the traditional impulse-coefficient conversion method.

Transmission Tower Foundation Settlement Monitoring System
Uses the BeiDou global positioning system with network-RTK high-precision differential positioning and IoT sensing to deploy settlement monitoring points at key towers. For mining-subsidence zones, metro-construction areas and soft-soil regions, it provides all-weather, real-time online monitoring, analysis and early warning of tower-foundation settlement, tilt and slip.

Oil Hydrogen / Moisture / Temperature Rapid Monitor
Uses a solid-state palladium-alloy hydrogen sensor — true hydrogen specificity, unaffected by CO, CxHy and other combustible gases — eliminating the inaccurate readings and false alarms of electrochemical single-hydrogen products. Suitable for 220kV+ transformers, new-energy oil-immersed transformers and retrofits of legacy equipment.
