📋 Testing Machine Selection Guide
Electronic vs. Hydraulic
Electronic machines (WDW series) suit ≤200 kN with higher speed accuracy, ideal for fine materials testing. Hydraulic machines (WAW series) suit 300–2000 kN heavy-duty testing for rebar, steel plate and other high-load applications. Choose by your maximum test-force requirement.
Accuracy-Class Selection
Class 0.5 (±0.5%) suits R&D and accreditation labs with high accuracy demands. Class 1 (±1%) suits routine QC and production-line testing. Higher accuracy raises equipment cost — choose according to your actual testing standards.
Impact Testing Solutions
The JB-300B suits standard Charpy impact testing of metals. An optional low-temperature chamber (-60 °C) covers toughness testing in cold conditions. Widely used for material certification in oil pipelines, bridge steelwork and similar fields.
